Taste of Thomasville
The Taste of Thomasville food tour takes place every Friday and Saturday in April from 10:45 AM – 1:45 PM. The tour is 1.4 miles long and is suitable for all fitness levels. On the tour, you will enjoy award-winning foods while strolling through historic Thomasville. The tour is given rain or shine, and you are sure to leave with a satisfied appetite! Tasting tours are $40 and tickets must be purchased in advanced.
Taste of Thomasville AfterHours
Taste of Thomasville AfterHours is an adult only tour. This tour features sample food paired with wine, beer, or cocktails. The tour takes place at 5 food establishments in historic downtown Thomasville. Each drink is between 3-4 ounces and between each stop your guide will tell you bits of history about downtown Thomasville. This tour takes place every Friday and Saturday at 5:30 PM. If you love good food and good drinks, then you don’t want to miss out on the Taste of Thomasville AfterHours tour!
Boston Spring Fling
Just up the road in Boston, GA is the Boston Spring Fling. The Spring Fling always takes place the Saturday before Easter and it features a parade, arts and crafts, an auction, an Easter egg hunt and more! The Spring Fling is sponsored by the Boston Community Club and it starts at 9 AM. Arts and crafts vendors will be set up with goods for sale along Main Street. An Easter bonnet contest begins at Watt Park at 10 AM, followed by an Easter Parade at 10:30 AM. The auction starts at 11:00 AM, and the Easter egg hunt begins at 1 PM. All events are free and open to the public.
