Dinner on the Bricks was so much fun the first three times that the organizers are doing it yet again. The 4th Annual Dinner on the Bricks for the Vashti Center takes place on Sept. 23. Tables start at $300 and seat up to eight people. Reserve your table now before they all fill up. There are only 68 tables available, and you don’t want to miss out.
How Dinner on the Bricks Works
Dinner on the Bricks is a one-of-a-kind event that brings people together for food and music. Creativity is the cornerstone of the event. The organizers provide you with the table, chairs, and tablecloth, but everything else is up to you. You bring your own decorations to the event, and you’re encouraged to be creative. Come up with a fun theme for your table, and let that theme show in your decorations. Go all out because there are prizes awarded.
You also bring your own food. Your food can fit the theme of the table, or you can go in a different direction. You can bring your food with you or bring a grill, as long as you let the organizers know ahead of time. You also have the option of hiring your own caterer to craft your menu for the event.
Oh, and don’t forget your costume. It’s always more fun when you look the part, so come up with a costume that fits your theme. For instance, if you go with a 1920s theme, your entire crew can dress like you’re in the Roaring Twenties. Think about how much fun that would be.
While you supply all of the food, costumes, and décor, the organizers supply the music. The concert begins at 8:30 p.m.
The organizers also supply the alcoholic beverages. They’ll have beer and wine on site ready for purchase. You’ll need to show an ID to get a wristband if you want to drink.
