The Red Nose Run is back again! This year, it’s the Ugly Sweater Edition. That means that you get to search for the ugliest holiday sweater you have to wear to the race. This makes the tradition even more fun and will help to get you into the holiday spirit.

There are several different runs to choose from, so no matter what your fitness level is, you’ll be able to participate. Want to try a half marathon? Go for it! If that’s not your thing, you can also choose between a 5K and a one-mile fun run. All of these runs will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16. This race will start at 8 a.m., so make sure to get there early! Everyone will be meeting at Thomas University. Plus, the money that is raised will go to benefit the Thomasville Junior Service League, which works to help children in the local community.

Perhaps the most important thing to remember is that you have to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water the few days before the race. On the day of the race, make sure you wake up and drink some water. Just don’t drink too much – you don’t want to be too full to run.
