Get Ready For The Boston Mini Marathon & Festival

Pack up your crew and bring them along with you to the Boston Mini Marathon and Festival. Synovus Bank is sponsoring this event on Saturday, October 30th in Boston, Georgia. There will be food trucks, craft vendors, live bands, a kids carnival, a BBQ cook-off, and a parade. Get ready for fun, food, and so much more!

Run

The run starts in downtown Boston and takes runners all the way through the countryside. Participants who register before October 8th are guaranteed a t-shirt. All participants will receive a medal for completing the course! The awards ceremony will be at 11 a.m. with awards given to the first overall male and female of each race. Parade

Following the race awards ceremony at 11:30 a.m, there will be a parade. All parade participants must be lined up one hour prior to start time. All entries must register at least 24 hours in advance. Due to safety precautions, nothing is allowed to be thrown to spectators from parade participants. All horse riders must have a scooper. The Boston Community Club does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals/groups/organizations/businesses/spectators or others who may participate in the annual Boston Mini-marathon Parade. Vendors

Anyone who wishes to sell their products at the festival must register at least 24 hours in advance to the event. Friday’s vendors will check in between 5-8 p.m in the Synovus Bank parking lot. There will be a limited amount of food allowed so it is important to pre-register as soon as possible! Food vendors will be allowed to sell their products on Friday as well as Saturday. Exhibitors will check in between 6-8 a.m. on Saturday at the Community Center on Main Street. These are for Arts, Homemade, Handcrafted, and Organic Exhibitors only. No yard sale items, knives, plastic toy guns, or weapons of any kind are permitted for sale at this festival. If you’re looking for an application as a vendor or exhibitor, please click HERE.
