Taste of Thomasville Food Tour
Taste of Thomasville is a walking and tasting tour where visitors will enjoy a fun, one of a kind culinary experience. During this stroll through Thomasville, walkers will get to taste award winning foods and learn what makes the history of Thomasville unique. The tour is approximately 1.4 miles and will take 3 hours. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels – however, it is more suitable for children 13 and up. The tour will be given no matter the weather, and by the tour’s end, everyone will have a satisfied appetite and a genuine understanding of Thomasville’s uniqueness. First Friday Outdoor Concert
This First Friday, July 7th, come to Downtown Thomasville to enjoy this month’s outdoor concert. The Grains of Sand Band is a diverse seven-piece show band that plays your favorite beach, soul, and Motown music. Members of the band have performed on stages with such performers as Marvin Gaye, The Platters, Jerry Butler, and many more. While you’re here enjoying First Friday, participating shops and restaurants will be open later just for you. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and spend a fun family evening in Downtown Thomasville.
Taste of Thomasville: After Hours
Taste of Thomasville: After Hours is an adult only tour. This tour will sample food paired with wine, beer, and cocktails at five food establishments in downtown Thomasville. Three of the restaurants are different from the daytime food tour, and two will stay on the tour. Each drink is between Three and four ounces.
